講座人簡介：
Dr. Ali 撰寫了40余篇論文，發表在多家國際A類期刊和國際會議上。例如：《酒店，休閑，體育和旅游教育》《旅行地市場與管理》《酒店市場與管理》《旅行市場》《全球酒店管理》等多家以旅游、酒店、教育為主題的世界型專業論文期刊。他曾多次獲得“最佳論文獎”，國際商務進取學院-第十屆曼谷世界大會、2014年韓國首爾世界酒店與旅游發展論壇、第三屆國際跨學科商業經濟發展會議和2016年美國拉斯維加斯WDSI年會等國際會議。如今，Dr.Ali擔任了《國際酒店管理》和《國際跨學科業務發展》兩門雜志的助理編輯，在科研論文發表上有豐富的經驗。
2015年，獲得馬來西亞理工大學市場營銷學博士學位（酒店和旅游管理方向）
2016年，在佛羅里達州立大學Dedman酒店管理學院從事博士后研究工作。
2017年，南佛羅里達大學薩拉索塔·海牛分校區任職副教授和研究生學院協調人
主要研究方向：顧客體驗、服務績效和質量、顧客滿意度和行為等。
