報告人簡介：
林晨，香港大學經濟與工商管理學院副院長，金融學首席教授，教育部長江學者講座教授。主要研究領域為銀行業與金融機構、公司金融、金融契約、金融管制和發展經濟學。林晨教授是國際金融學界的頂尖學者，擔任Journal of Comparative Economics、 Journal of Financial Economic Policy等期刊的編委，研究成果發表于Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Public Economics, Journal of Development Economics, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking & Finance, Journal of Risk and Insurance, Journal of International Money and Finance, Journal of Comparative Economics, Journal of Regulatory Economics, Review of Industrial Organization等國際頂級期刊，他與合作者發表于Journal of Financial Economics的論文“Ownership structure and the cost of corporate borrowing”曾獲2011年關于公司金融和組織的詹森獎（Jensen Prize）。
